Annual Meeting

Be the role model she'll always remember; join GSCSNJ staff and board at our Annual Meeting to show our 24,000 Girl Scouts how important they are to you. Our Annual Meeting is open to all registered Girl Scout Adults and girls 14 and older. We encourage all registered Girl Scouts, ages 14 and up, to attend our council business meetings and help GSCSNJ be the leadership program girls choose to experience fun, friendship and adventure. We realize that busy schedules may not allow for all our adult members to attend, and ask that anyone who is unable to come in person to please vote by proxy.

Procedures for Voting by Proxy 

Registered members of the GSCSNJ fourteen (14) years of age or over are considered voting members of the Council. If you are unable to attend the annual meeting on October 19, 2013, you may (and should) still cast your elective ballot by proxy.

Proxy voting must follow these rules:

• If you wish to vote by proxy you must use the official form – available for download on the website, or you can receive one by calling the Cherry Hill Service Center (856-795-1560) 
• Only proxies using the official form and executed in the handwriting of the member and signed shall be accepted by fax (856-354-8425 ext. 314) or scanned and e-mailed to proxy@gscsnj.org wherein it will be forwarded to the Secretary of the Board.
• The proxy form must be received by the Secretary of the Board not less than forty-eight (48) hours (October 17 at Noon) prior to the time of the meeting at which the proxy is to be exercised.
